Durham Brass hosts BBC Radio 4’s Loose Ends!

Loose Ends

Writer and broadcaster, Stuart Maconie, will host Loose Ends from Redhills on Wednesday 16 July. In an episode celebrating music, comedy, and entertainment from and about the North East, this special Durham Brass Festival programme will be recorded in front of a live audience, from the heart of the festival.

Be part of the programme, with audience tickets from £15 and £10 for concessions.

Confirmed guests include Paula Hawkins (author of ‘The Girl on the Train’), Simon Armitage (Poet Laureate and presenting “Firm As A Rock We Stand” in a sold out at Redhills as part of the Festival with LYR and Easington Colliery Brass on 18 July) and Ria Lina (one of The Evening Standard’s ‘Hottest Comedians You Should Be Watching Now’ having guested on shows including Have I Got News For You and QI).

Please note, doors will be open from 6.00pm with recording beginning promptly at 6.30pm. Once recording has begun, there will no admittance.
